KAINERO REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
By participating in the Kainero Referral Program, you agree to abide by these Kainero Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). In these Terms and Conditions, “you” and “your” mean the Referrer (defined below), while “Kainero,” “we” and “our” mean Kainero Media Group Limited.
Defined Terms
Referrer: you, a registered Kainero customer. As a Referrer, you agree to actively market Kainero products via email, SMS and placed links, and to provide contacts for marketing efforts of Kainero.
Referred Customer: a friend or family member who has not previously shopped with Kainero before, whose email address is entered or imported by the Referrer in the Kainero mobile app as a referral, who downloads the Kainero mobile app and signs up for a Kainero account, and who purchases at least one (1) product from the Kainero mobile app or the Kainero.com website using your Referral Link (defined below).
Referral Link: a personalized referral link designated to you by Kainero and provided to you and your referral.
Reward: Referrer may earn Rewards in the form of either a gift card, store credit, or cash, while Referred Customers may earn Rewards in the form of either a gift card or store credit only. For Rewards in the form of either a gift card or store credit, the promotional reward may be used on the Kainero mobile app or the Kainero.com website only, or such other Ecomm sites as we may later endorse.
Referral Orders: Purchase transactions made by Referred Customers through the Kainero Mobile App or the Kainero.com website using your Referral Link (defined below).
About Our Referral Program
For the Referrer
How to Register: To qualify for a Reward, you must complete the registration of your Referral Program Account: (i) download the Kainero mobile app, (ii) sign up for a Kainero account, and (iii) purchase at least one (1) product from the Kainero mobile app or the Kainero.com website.
How to Earn a Reward: To earn a Reward: (i) refer only valid Referred Customers, (ii) enter your referral email addresses or import your contacts, and (iii) Referred Customer must download the Kainero mobile app, sign up for a Kainero account, and purchase at least one (1) product from the Kainero mobile app or the Kainero.com website using your Referral Link.
If you are importing your contacts for the first time, you will receive a Ten-Dollar (USD 10) Reward in the form of a gift card or store credit, at your option, if you import at least ten (10) contacts. For each valid Referred Customer, you will receive a Ten -Dollar (USD 10 ) Reward, which may be in the form of a gift card, store credit, or cash via bank deposit, at your option, and such Referred Customer shall also receive a Ten-Dollar (USD 10) Reward, which will be in the form of a gift card. Under the gift card option, both Referrer and Referred Customer may accumulate their Rewards.
You may only avail of cash payouts via bank deposit once your unredeemed Rewards reach over One Thousand Dollars (USD 1,000). Otherwise, unredeemed Rewards in the amount of One Thousand Dollars (USD 1,000) or less may only be redeemed via store credit.
Reward Exclusions Referrers and Referred Customers are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from any Reward and for any shipping charges. Should you qualify and elect to be paid in cash, you shall bear any and all costs associated with bank deposit, including banking, ACH and all other fees in relation thereto. Rewards in the form of gift cards and store credits may be redeemed on the Kainero mobile app or the Kainero.com website only or such other Ecomm sites as we may later on endorse , and may not be applied to any prior purchases, taxes, shipping and delivery charges, or toward the purchase of gift cards. In the event the Referrer or a Referred Customer returns a purchased item relating to the Kainero Referral Program, the associated Reward awarded to both the Referrer and the Referred Customer will be rescinded.
Product Samples
Referrers with at least one hundred (100) valid Referred Orders through their Referred Customers shall be eligible to request product samples through the Kainero mobile app or the Kainero.com website.
Following the Rules
We reserve the right to review, investigate, and disqualify any Reward that violates the Kainero Referral Program, such as attempting to gain a Reward through self-referral by using a different email address, or distributing a Referral Link via commercial advertising or spam. We may delay any Reward for the purpose of investigation and may refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason. If you cancel your order, the Reward may no longer be valid or may be withdrawn.
Referrers should only invite a friend or family member after receiving prior permission from the Referred Customer to send. Referrers must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws and marketing regulations, which may include the laws where the intended Referred Customers live. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is prohibited. Any distribution of the Referral Link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from the Kainero Referral Program. We automatically disqualify suspicious referrals.
Before any payout, whether via cash, gift card or store credit, you must submit true and unredacted copies of a photo ID and a third-party proof of residence (e.g. utility bill, lease or mortgage statement, screenshot of your DMV online profile, etc.) via email to support@kainerorewards.com. A confirmation email will be sent to you once we have successfully verified your identity.
Eligibility
Eligibility is limited to individuals only who must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. The Kainero Referral Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation, as determined in our sole discretion.
Our employees are eligible to enter referral email addresses or import their contacts in the Kainero mobile app or share their Referral Link, however, employees will not earn any Reward.
Privacy
By clicking on a Referral Link, the Referred Customer acknowledges that some of their personal information may be sent to the Referrer as confirmation of the Referred Customer making a purchase and the Referrer receiving a Reward. Accordingly, we strongly advise that Referred Customers only use a Referral Link that they receive from someone whom they personally know and trust. Any personal information collected, processed, and used as part of the Kainero Referral Program, including that of the Referrer and Referred Customer, will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy located at www.kainerorewards.com/policy.html.
Right to Close Accounts
We are not responsible for errors, omissions, malfunctions, interruptions, deletions, delays or failures of operations. We reserve the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Kainero Referral Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms and Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation. All of our decisions are final and binding, including decisions as to whether a Reward is verified.
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms
We reserve the right to cancel the Kainero Referral Program or to change these Terms and Conditions at any time in our sole discretion. The Kainero Referral Program is subject to modification or termination at any time without notice at our sole discretion. All Rewards will expire one year from the date of issuance, unless otherwise notified by us. The gift cards issued in connection with the Kainero Referral Program are reloadable prepaid cards so issued for loyalty, award, or promotional purposes through a program sponsored by Kainero Media Group Limited. We charge no fees in connection with the redemption of any Reward.
